DisgrifiadA row of nine, originally eleven, one and a half storey cottages thought to have been built in the first decade of the nineteenth century. These may correspond with 'Pentre Gwaelod', the 'lower settlement' that were amongst the first buildings in the new town. The cottages' vernacular character contrasts with the more formal architecture of the town's other early buildings.
The cottages are stone rubbled walled, now roughcast(?) with a slate gabled roof(s). The upper storeys are lit by half dormers.
