1. Heywood Villa SN 12370083, Sheet XLI 11, Tenby
Called just Heywood in the inter-war period and Heywood Cottage in the RCAMW database.
For much of the post-war period this was a council-run retirement home. The front and eastern side became a gravelled car park and a house, blocking a view of the garden, was built behind for the matron.
The villa is divided and occupied by two hotelier brothers; the eastern end is known as Greenwood Lodge. The matron's house is tenanted.

The garden is grassed. There are two large evergreen oak side by side; a third one was a casualty of recent gales. There are smaller shrubs and trees around the boundary. Enclosure 202 is a wild open area with planning permission for two houses and a road extension from St David's Close to the west.

The following gentleman is recorded as living here, although he did live at St Mary's Hill in 1901 and there could be some confusion:
1914 Sackville Herbert Owen DL JP

None of the features listed in the database survives except possibly some trees.
