Small, stone, derelict. Formerly small cruck half house, possibly 16 or 17th century.

(2) One of few examples known of a very small hall-houses; C16 to C17. Altered single-storey cruck-framed
structure with two louvre-trusses for open fireplaces. Stone walls with brick patching towards north end of west
wall. Straw thatched roof covered since about 1920 by corrugated iron cladding; thatch laid over an under-thatch
of twigs woven closely between the rafters. Soot blackened purlins. Head beam of post-and-panel partition
re-used as a doorpost at north end of east wall. Original door position not visible. East wall has a modern window
and door with a cart entrance in between. From Cadw's list description (record no. 1293). Date listed 12/05/1975. Noted in Buildings of Wales: Clwyd (1986), p. 206, as having two cruck-trusses but derelict. Demolished sometime between 1986 and Cadw's resurvey. Deleted from listing 2006.
