Event and Historical Information:
The NOTRE-DAME-DE-LOURDES was a 74nt wooden ketch, built in 1885 and registered in Bayonne, France. At the time of loss, 14 April 1910, the vessel was sailing from Bayonne to Llanelly, with a cargo of pit wood. The NOTRE-DAME-DE-LOURDES was stranded at Burry Holm Sands, Worms Head, Glamorgan, with no lives lost.
