1. A 2-storey house, plus attic, rendered, with a pitched slate roof and brick stacks. The main front comprises five gable-fronted bays with tall casements with hoodmoulds to the ground and first floors, and similar but smaller ones to the upper floor. Central projecting entrance bay in similar style but with a pedimented first-floor window and a doorway with a hoodmould over. There are two single storey flanking projections.
