A deserted rural settlement on the east side of Cwm Cwareli, part of which is protected as Scheduled Ancient Monument, BR282. A longhouse (NPRN 246100), a rectilinear enclosure (NPRN 246098), a long hut (NPRN 246126), a hexagonal enclosure (NPRN 246149), as well as a small sub-circular pen (NPRN 246607) typical of the animal or fowl pens of the district, and a rectilinear shelter(NPRN 246097), lie outside of a field system (NPRN 246607). Within the field system is a large earthwork platform (NPRN 246103). as well as a number of small mounds, some of which may be natural, but others are thought to be possible clearance cairns, NPRNs 246101, 246102, 246119 & 246120.
