The burnt mound south of Jubilee Cottages lies in the corner of a field used for pasture. Situated immediately north of a small stream, the mound is elongated and measures 12-15 meters long and up to 4.3 meters wide and less than 0.5 meters high. The mound contains burnt stone showing as a dark pattern and burnt stones can be seen in the stream.
