DisgrifiadA small gravel pit alongside dam, NPRN 285515, shown on the 1891 Ordnance Survey map. When the site was visited during Upland survey in June 2005, there was an area approximately 25m square where the shale-like bedrock had been excavated, at the western end of the dam.
