A farmhouse set within an enclosure wall with a 2m wide track that runs to the south and a single-celled structure to west that is adjacent to the trackway. The rectangular house measures 6m wide by 12m long and has been re-used as a two-celled fold. The double-thickness drystone walls comprise of medium to large unworked stones that have been built into irregular courses that measure 0.80m wide and up to 3m high. The windows have been blocked and there is a buttress on the southern side. A 7.5m long by 4.5m wide collapsed structure is situated upon a platform to the eastern side of the house. The walls of this structure are 0.50m high and 0.60m wide. There are irregularly shaped stockpens to the west of the house and revetted terraces and stockpens to the north and west. It is shown as a roofed structure named 'Hafotty' on the 1st Edition OS mapping and is also shown unroofed on the current OS mapping. P.J. Schofield, Oxford Archaeology North, 30th January 2006
