Located close to the crest of a hill on ground falling away gently to the SW, the stony mound, overgrown with grasses and bracken, measures 12.5m (NW-SE) by 11.7m with a height of 1.3m on the S downhill side (0.3m on the N).
A recently built housing estate lies close by to the SW.

The mound is more overgrown than it was ten years previously and appears to have spread. It now a stony mound measuring 14m (NE-SW) by 13m with a height of 0.75m on the NE and 0.4m on the SW. A small boulder lies atop the mound, off-centre to the NE. In addition to bracken and grasses the mound now supports an oak sapling.
