An oval mound located on the SE side of a stream (alongside a field boundary) and measuring 30m (NE-SW) by 15m. Its height is 0.9m but it fades into gently rising ground on the SE. Turf-covered the mound has a gravel texture. It is indented on the streamward side, though its location opposite a gate may have partly produced this effect due to livestock being funnelled through the gate and over the mound.
