This garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Carmarthenshire LII, sheet 2 (1906). This shows the kitchen garden and orchard immediately N of the house as part of a N-S elongated site enclosing the farm complex. On the ground it appears to be a simple structure without dependent outbuildings or glasshouses.
