One of three lodges on the drives leading to Emral Hall (one of the other lodges has been demolished and the third altered): possible 18th century in origin but the dominant character is 19th century.

Two storey red brick with stone dressings under slate roof. L-plan. Building constructed in three phases (C18, early/mid C19 and late C20). Distinctive Flemish gables with stone copings. Mixture of stone mullioned and leaded windows
