DisgrifiadA disturbed early bronze age round cairn is set upon the highest, eastern summit of Tre'r Ceiri hillfort, the 'City of the Giants' (NPRN 95292). The cairn is roughly 20m across and 1.0m high. Investigations in 1993 showed that the original structure was a stone-revetted monument about 15m in diameter, with an inner revetment, about 11m in diameter, and an upper stage 6.5m in diameter. The centre of the cairn had been robbed, but an unattended (secondary) cremation was recorded.
