An incomplete cropmark of a round-angled, subrectangular ditched enclosure, c.460m NW-SE by 345-360m, overlies the Hindwell pallisaded enclosure (Nprn309366). Roman marching camp facing SE, an entrance gap having been noted in the centre of the SE side (St Joseph, 1973, 239).
APs appear to show faint linear features running c.10m within & parallel to the cropmark ditch, on the central SW & southern NW sides of the work.
