A pit about 5m in diameter, 1.3m deep, with a large upcast mound to the SW measuring 3m across and 1m high, and another to the SE 2m wide, 0.2m high - access into the pit from the S, partially blocked by the spoil heaps.
This pit is probably the lead level described by Hall in 1971 (see sources)
