DisgrifiadThe remains of stone-walled enclosures, huts and straggling field boundaries on Bernard's Well Mountain, immediately south-west of Rosebush Reservoir in Mynydd Preseli, extend over an area, roughly 370m north-east to south-west by 350m, on the northern slopes of the mountain. Rather irregular field walls connect a number of settlement feature clusters, these apparently centring on larger enclosures, about 16-30m in diameter, with paddock/yard enclosures and lesser circular/sub-rectangular structures, about 3.0-6.0m across. Although undated, there is the possibility that some of the enclosures represent Bronze Age upland settlement but the majority may date from the Iron Age.
