DisgrifiadA standing stone, 2.0m high by 1.6m by 0.4m, early reports of a barrow upon which the stone stood, are thought to relate to an accumulation of field-clearance debris. Associated with the campaigns of Harold Godwinson, the stone is also one of the Devil's Quoit the others being situated c.0.75km NW (Nprn305410) and 1.5km SE (Nprn305411) - with the implication that a further stone should be sought in the viscinity of SR97309530.
