b. A greatly disturbed cairn, partly overgrown, on the N-S ridge of Rhossili Down at a height of 175m O.D. Approximately 13.7m in diameter and at most 0.6m high the cairn has only one distinctive feature, that of a well-preserved kerb of medium sized boulders in the north quadrant. Earthfast stones form a line approximately 5m in length and many of the recumbant stones in the area were probably part of the original kerb.
The cairn probably dates to the Bronze Age and is likely to have had a sepulchral function.
