A mound, c.33m in diameter and c.4.0m high, removed to the NW, with no trace of a ditch or bailey.

Recent analysis of aerial photography and Lidar by Bryn Gethin, in 2010, has revealed a bailey, measuring approx. 100m by 50m to the east, with faint traces of earthworks indicating two possible lines of fortification, dividing the bailey into two circular enclosures, the inner most one containing a possible rectangular platform.
