Cropmark of a Roman military enclosure, rectangular with rounded angles, c.190m by 170m, the centre camp of three (see Nprn94006 & 306333): first recognised 1967 (St Joseph 1969, 121; 1973, 239-40).
The enclosure, together with Camp III (Nprn306333), cuts a circular ditched prehistoric enclosure (NPRN 401217).
