The foundations of a rectangular, almost square, building lie about 20m to the E of a mining level (NPRN308422), and is visible on APs. Built into rising ground, the densely rush-grown remains measure 7m (NW-SE) by 5m overall and are defined by spread stony banks 1.5m wide and 0.4m high. There is an entrance gap in the W corner.
