Cofnod Safle

1. Situated at the E. end of Park Street, adjacent to Ruabon Gates. Probably erected in early C19th as part of the estate development on Park Street.

2. Two storey; of roughly coursed rubble with dresses stone quoins, having a hipped, slate roof with octangonal stone chimney; 2 unit plan.

3. Part of important group of buildings on Park Street and association with Wynnstay Estate (see Nprn27143).
