A roughly 470m length of causeway or AGGER, survives as an upstanding moument, running north-east to south-west across the former area of Lampeter Town Common, interupted only by the town sewerage works.
Parchmarks to the south-west and north-east extend the line of the road.

South-west of the sewerage works the causeway is about 14m accross and 0.3m high. A half-section cut (at given NGR) in 1994 (DAT project record 29499 1994), revealed a metalled surface, about 6.5m wide, flanked by a possible ditch within the body of the causeway.
