DisgrifiadDduallt Station, on the narrow-gauge Ffestiniog Railway (nprn 34660), was first mentioned as a passenger station in 1880. It became an unstaffed halt in 1930 and closed in 1939. The line was restored in stages as a tourist railway and Dduallt reopened to passenger trains in 1968 and it was the upper terminus of the railway until 1977. The original alignment above Dduallt being destroyed in 1956 by the British Electricity Authority, a deviation line, including a spiral loop (nprn 305758) around the station, was constructed to carry the railway via a new tunnel (nprn 407723) to Tanygrisiau.
