1. Field/enclosure W of 'The Gables' (Nprn30638), formerly an orchard (OS1891), dislays complex, rectilinear earthworks (RCAHMW AP965090/42), centring on a rectangular enclosure, c.76m NNW-SSE by 40m, sub-divided internally into c.16 equal compartments.
Further garden features immediately to the S (Nprn309347) are depicted as current in 1891, whilst tree planting in the fields to the W may be associated with Norton Manor park (Nprn86253).
