A mixed stucco frontage structure with Georgian origins and Victorian and Edwardian alterations: 3 and 4-storeys high with basement and attic. Rusticated pilasters and channelled ground floor. Slate roofs with bracket eaves, pitched roof dormers and rubble/brick chimney stacks. The left hand range has alternate full height splayed bay windows and sash windows with architraves. Central range has paired 4-storey bay windows. Right hand range has full height splayed bay windows to each bay. Plain modern porch to double doors and traceried fanlight.
