Lead mine processing mill, powered by a Pelton Wheel and latterly used as store. The site is not shown on the Ordnance Survey 25in map second edition of 1900 but appears on the third edition of 1913. The adit or level is much earlier (annotated as 'Old Lead Mine' on the first edition 25in OS map of 1889) and is on the north side of the river (at NGR SH 77193 57704); the mill is on the south bank and the two were linked by a bridge.
