The dressing mill of Cwmystwyth Lead Mine was described by Protheroe Jones as a, `dressing mill floor and loadings in concrete with masonry retaining walls at the north or rear with brick quoins". The site is described as being in good condition with modern handrails and grids over voids in floors of the two upper or northern tiers.
