At work c.1750, when 'ancient workings' were referred to, reopened c.1845, closed c.1895. Surface remains include level entrances and shaft mouths, the remains of a wheelpit and crusher-house, building fragments, culverts, a possible tramway, remains of dressing floors and tips.
