Disgrifiad1. Four storey dockside warehouse at the head of Bute East Dock. Part of first floor supported on cast iron columns.

2. Built in 1861 as a warehouse but converted into offices in the late 1980s. The four storey building is of 6 bays built on an iron framework and faced with orange-red brick.The roof is hipped, with a modern corrugated covering. Round headed windows to the inner and outermost bays. with single pane glazing. The interior retains its original cast-iron Tuscan columns and shallow brick arches.
