Disgrifiad

St Berres's Church, Llanferres, was largely rebuilt in 1774, probably by Joseph Turner, and later restored in 1892. The church consists of a nave and chancel with no structural division, a south transept, a west square tower and a north vestry.

The font is dated 1684 and has quatrefoils in alternate panels. The late 17th century oak chest still has its original iron fastenings.  Within the 1774 church, there were wall paintings including a benefactions board and texts showing the Welsh Decalogue (Ten Commandments).
