Earthworks of substantial boundary bank and ditch noted from aerial photography in winter light on 10th Jan 2003. The bank forms a right-angle in a piece of ground between the main park and the A48 road. Each surviving length of bank in the right angled section is about 100m long. Along the east-west section the bank is doubled with a central ditch. This may be a boundary related to farming, but could also be related to St, Mary's Abbey. Neg. ref: 2003/5017-46.
