Boundary wall of Bryn Bras Castle grounds (NPRN 86307). It runs along the north-east side of the Llanberis Mountain Road.

Boundary wall contemporary with first phase of the castle, built in the 1830s, but the gateway, the turrets and various other stretches of wall appear to date to the 1870s or 80s.

The wall is rubblestone and of varying height with stone-on-edge coping. The majority is built of larger, regular coursed blocks, with the phase I sections appearing to be more irregular. There are two gateways, the south-eastern being simple with large square piers with narrow 'arrow' slits surmounted by opposing armourial shields, and with iron gates with A bracing. The main gateway is grander, with circular corbelled and crenallated turrets flanking a segmental archway with a battlemented parapet and the Alves coat-of-arms and crest in the centre. It is hung with large, nail-studded, double wooden gates with massive strip hinges, and there is a small wicket gate to the right.

The wall ramps down to the left from this point, and continues downhill under the arch-way over the road (where there is another nail-studded door) and then rises in height ending in a tall circular turret. A wall runs back from the main gateway, ending in a similar turret through the battered base of which emerges a waterfall into a pool below. This enters a stream under the drive.
