DisgrifiadPlas Derwen House is a Victorian building with externally rendered elevations below a slate and stone roof. Two storey and attic, with a later single storey extension accommodating a cooled beer cellar, and a later conservatory. To the rear of the site are the stables, now derelict and a later two storey garage. It is in use as a public house (2007).
