DisgrifiadSituated 30m to the east of Penlandoppa farmstead (NPRN: 405537) are the earthwork remains of a small quarry which cuts into the hillside and measures some 11m deep by 15m wide. It seems likely that this quarry was excavated to provide building material for the adjacent farmstead.
This feature was surveyed by RCAHMW in 2006 as part of a wider study of the Troed y Rhiw area (NPRN: 405578).
