A linear earthwork, 80m north-north-east to south-south-west, 12m wide and 0.5m high. Thought to be part of the Roman road between Beulah (Caerau) and Llandovery (NPRN 400955; RR623).

To the south the road is thought to underlie the modern A483, further north it runs roughly parallel to it (Jones 1972, fig 3).
