The Lady Forester Convalescent Home (NPRN 26694), opened in 1904, is set within 18 acres of grounds. These offered extensive views across Llandudno Bay. The intial stage of site layout is depicted on the OS County series 2nd edition (Caernarvon. V.1 1900) and the full acheivement on the third edition of 1912.
The main entrance to the grounds was on the west side (NPRN 26695).
