The hollow way runs for approximately 137m and was created through the terracing of the hillside. It is defined on its eastern side by the earthwork of the cut made into the slope and on its western side by a stone wall.
This feature was surveyed by RCAHMW in 2006 as part of a wider study of the Troed y Rhiw area (NPRN: 405578).
