A British Concrete Federation (BCF) hut measuring in ground plan 5 x 8m and comprising 12 bays of prefabricated concrete posts and walling slabs. It is currently in use as a garage. It is possible that this is the building removed from opposite Ynyslas Gardens, or may be an insitu wartime installation (see NPRN 406006).
