Brick-built, flat roofed building with large sliding doors to its western side and two windows on its northern side. Local residents suggest that this building and the smaller garage/workshop to the west were used as a workshops for the carpenter and plumber employed to assist with the construction and maintenance of buildings associated with MOS EE AA Ynyslas military establishment (see NPRN 506396)
