Cofnod Safle

Pierce's Memorial was erected in 1874 in honour of the philanthropist Dr Evan Pierce and forms the centrepiece of a memorial garden. The 15m high ashlar column was designed by Martin Underwood and is surmounted by a white marble statue by W and T Wills of London.
