Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance on 29th July 2010 recorded the feint cropmark of a square enclosure measuring approximately 18m square. The enclosure is tilted northeast-southwest and lies 240m north-west of a second defended enclosure (NPRN 419679). The enclosure is one of a group of four occupying the undulating hills to the south of Malthouse Road. These enclosures are linked, or cut across, by a linear ditch (NPRN 419684) running east-west for some 1.35kms, which has its bivallate terminal 90m west of this enclosure.
