DisgrifiadA two-storey house, built of large coursed rubble, dating to the middle of the 18th century. Externally, the roof is covered with small coarse slates; internally, the fireplace has a cambered bressummer and retains some old beams.
A six-bay barn (SH48694066) and a cowhouse (SH48864075) are associated with the house.

A 480 metre-long watercourse controlled by a sluice, shown on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd editions of the historic 25-inch O. S. maps, published in 1889, 1900 and 1918 respectively, may have powered a waterwheel for driving farm machinery.
