Cofnod Safle

The village of Cilcennin is situated approximately four miles south east of Aberaeron. Cilcennin has a village hall, a public house called 'The Commercial Inn' and a primary school with 36 pupils on the register. There were three chapels in the village: Ebenezer Wesleyan Methodist chapel (NPRN 7206) had been converted for other use by 1998, but Seion Welsh Independent chapel (NPRN 7205) is still open. Holy Trinity church (NPRN 400416) is situated in the village centre.
