Llanddewibrefi 3 is a cross-carved stone dating from the seventh to ninth century, thought to have functioned as a grave-marker. It was first noted as standing near the south-west angle of the church and was moved to the north side of the chancel arch in 1956-1964.

The top of the stone is damaged. Measurements are given as 98cm height x 30-33cm width x 12.5-5cm diameter. The linear Latin cross has a short, horizontal bar near the terminal of the top cross-arm.
