Exposed by storms of December 2013 and January 2014, four small concrete bases with evidence of metal fastenings or mounts embeded in the surface. The concrete bases appear regularly spaced aligned in northwesterly orientation within an area of intertidal peat deposits. Possibly wave-deposited debris? But also possibly the remains of a small rocket launch test track associated with the nearby camera observation post and pillbox (see NPRNs 408402 and 408400).
