Now apparently an abandoned site, this was an upland farm which, together with three holdings to the west (Blaencoro and Cefn Coch) had, during the 18th century, sheepwalks extending southwards along the western side of the Llyfnant Valley onto the Pencreigiau'r Llan uplands.
