St Sulien's church is situated at the far (west) end of High street, opposite its junction with Tyisha Road. The church was the predecessor to St David's church (NPRN 12708) which was built alongside it in 1926. St Sulien's then became the church hall and still survives.
St Sulien's church was built in 1888 to designs of David Jenkins. Constructed of rubble stone it appears to have been a simple structure of nave and chancel with three-sided apse and gabled south-west porch. The roof is now tiled but was probably slate originally.
