Pair of Early Bronze Age round barrows sited on crest of ridge, constructed of loose shale rubble. Each barrow measures c.12m diameter and the pair stand 7.5m apart. Further potential plough-denuded barrows of a probable cemetery can be seen to the north of the pair including one truncated example at SN 6819 8555; loose quartz blocks in the field boundary near this barrow may originally have been part of the barrow structure. A number of examples of round barrows are known in the local landscape including a large example to the east on Banc Lletty Ifan Hen.
